What does the Risk Screen involve? It is a simple one page questionnaire that you and your doctor fill out at your appointment that helps determine risks to you and your child.

Who should complete a Healthy Risk Screen? All pregnant women and all infants.

How much does it cost? Healthy Start is a free program. It is available to all pregnant women and families with babies and toddlers up to age three.

Why should I sign up for Healthy Start? To provide your baby with a healthy start in life. Services, classes, and support groups are available to you during your pregnancy and after your baby is born.
