Event Request

To request the Orange County Health Department’s participation in your event, please fill out the Online Event Request Form and submit via email. After reviewing your request, we will contact you to inform you the status of your request as soon as possible. 

Ways the Health Department may be able to assist:

• Provide general brochures of services and programs offered by or through the Health Department.
• Provide health education brochures to distribute in your event.
  
• Provide speakers on various health topics (at least 30 days notice needed prior to event).
• Set-up a table at your health fair and provide the representative from the health department (at least 30 days notice needed prior to event).
• HIV testing (limited, must be requested in a timely manner).
• Immunizations (limited, must be requested in a timely manner).
